2. Complete the ONLINE APPLICATION

For part of the application, you will need to prepare a personal statement outlining your interest in the CRCS program and your relevant background and skills. (Limited to 500 words; about two double spaced pages. )

3. Obtain two letters of reference:

As a courtesy, print out the Reference Form, sign it, and provide your writers with a stamped addressed envelope (see address below). Inform your references that they should sign their letter and mail it directly to us, not return it to you.
In case a Letter of Reference is given to you, you may enclose it when you mail your transcript to us. However, the letter signed by the writer must be submitted in its original sealed envelope, signed across the seal.
