Overview
Welcome to the first biannual ICUOC conference. This conference provides a venue for
undergraduate organic chemistry students to present research proposals as part of a year long
project. There will be a second installment of ICUOC at the end of the spring semester where
the students will present the results of their research.
This year only students from Prof. Gervay's honors organic class will be participating in the
conference. Next year we hope to have a much larger conference with students from around the
world.
Your involvement in the conference is key to making it a success. Use the discussion groups and chat to interact
with the students. Have fun and enjoy the conference.

System Requirements
The conference software should run on any java/javascript enabled frames capable browser
that includes a news reader. We recommend Netscape Navigator or Communicator version 3.0
or better. Internet Explorer version 3.0 or latter should also work. If you have any trouble let us know.
If you do not see a molecule spinning under the conference title then you don't have the CHIME
plugin installed with your browser. You shouldn't need it for the conference but it's a handy
plugin to have anyway.
