It was brought to my attention that there is an error on page 24 of the new lab manual. Equation 3-1 is wrong. Apparently the typesetter used equation 3-3 in place of 3-1. (Equation 3-3 is correct). I have added a corrected version of the "accuracy and precision" section of chapter 3 to this site that includes the correct equation 3-1. To view it, select Chapter 3 correction from the drop down menu.
