UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA, CHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT

MASS SPECTROMETRY 3-DAY WORKSHOP

Mon-Wed, June 7-9, 2010

9 am - 4 pm

Location:  Mon, Tue, Wed (pm) = PAS 220, (Physics & Atmospheric Sciences Building, 1118 E 4 St, lecture hall is on the west side of the building)

Location:  Wed (9am-noon) = ECE 229 Computer Laboratory (Electrical & Computing Engineering Building, 1230 E Speedway, access from the south side of the building)

This Workshop is open to all interested University of Arizona students and researchers. Its purpose is to provide fundamental information about mass spectrometry and introduce a variety of instruments and applications. This information is useful to those who study organic and inorganic molecules, polymers, peptides and proteins.

Lecturers:

Arpad Somogyi, Director, Chemistry Mass Spectrometry Facility (asomogyi@email.arizona.edu)

Linda Breci, Associate Director, Arizona Proteomics Consortium (breci@u.arizona.edu)

The workshop is provided free of charge. Please register using our online Registration Form
