Description: D.I. water will be off because of maintenance work on electrical gear in the Central Plant. There will be no pressure on D.I. water distribution system during that time interval. Users are advised to fill up carboys or tanks before then if they anticipate needing D.I. water during that time. Building that have storage tanks and internal D.I. recirculation loops should not be affected, if the systems are functioning properly and the tanks are full at the beginning of the shut-down.
