All laboratories are designated to the PI. The PI can fill out the forms themselves or designate the responsibility to another person.

To delegate this task: the PI will login with their NetID and under PI TASKS, click on TASK DELEGATION. Type in the EID number of the person who will be responsible for filling out the forms.

To complete the registration: Login with your NetID. Look for PI TASKS on the left hand side of the page.

First, register the people working in your laboratory, click on EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT and type each person's name and EID number.

Second, register your laboratory, click on LAB MANAGEMENT and fill out the form. The employee list will be visible and you can assign the categories (Lab Manager, Lab Worker, Not Assigned) You will receive the signs for your laboratory door in your mailbox.
