Outstanding Chemistry Undergraduate Awards

Candidates for Outstanding Upper-Classman (non-graduating Seniors and Juniors), Outstanding Second Years (Sophomores), and Outstanding First Years (Freshmen) must excel in their studies (GPA at least 3.5). They may be involved in research, and are emerging leaders within the campus or the larger community.

Students are screened based on a minimum 3.5 GPA and nominations are accepted from faculty and peers. Self nomination is accepted with a letter of recommendation from a chemistry professor and current résumé or CV.

Deadline to be considered is March 15th, each year.
