About Us |

Our club strives to highlight the fun of chemistry through outreach with the University of Arizona community as well as the greater Tucson area. Typical meetings involve professional science speakers and discussion on cutting-edge research. In the past, we have acted as science mentors for kids at the Wildcat School and have also volunteered with Tucson Household Hazardous Waste. Each semester culminates in our magic show for kids of all ages, in which we explain the magical fun of science using chemistry. Our members also enjoy fun nights of bowling, kickball, and ice cream outings. We hope to see you in the Fall 2008 semester! |
